Jeff’s parents came over after the Bear’s game and I cooked dinner. I tested out two recipes from the Organic Tuscany’s online cookbook that I did not make while we were in Italy: Cavolfiore Rifatto (Cauliflower with Tomato, Rosemary & Fennel Seeds) and Gnocchi di Zucca (Baked Pumpkin Dumplings). The pumpkin dish is what you can see coming out of the oven here, and it was very good. :)
